How to capture spell school lockouts? (CS)

Greetings,

I'd like to be able to capture spell school lockouts (Ex: so and so counterspells me while im casting healing touch...locking out my nature school for X seconds). As spell school lockouts are not reported to the combat log nor any event message that i could see how can I listen for it? Is it even possible to do within a mod atm?
