Slam mod

Hello, im looking for a simple mod that will put text in the middle of the screen when Slam is activated for my Fury warrior.

with the new bloodsurge talent, when Bloodthirst crits, you get an instant slam for 5 secs.

well, normal mods wont announce this like they do say Execute or Overpower. im need something that does like execute for when BT crits and/or when the buff "Slam!" pops up on me. sometimes in groups i get caught up looking at everything else, that i miss it.

any help would be appreciated.
