Ok. so as everyone knows, IPopbar jiggles everything on the normal menu bar around.
Can someone remake it so that the normal menu appears, and that IPopbar toggles on pressing the number box next to the arrows?

Thats what i mean. so if you click the number, it toggles i popbar, and nothing is moved around
